Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for experienced Commis Chef candidates to join the Culinary Division in Atlantis The Royal the most sophisticated and dynamic kitchen operations team in the region. If you re eager to learn from the best, continuously polish your culinary skillset and be part of the Extraordinary we want to hear from you!
Candidates from various backgrounds are welcome to register their interest for future full-time opportunities in one of many departments across our resort:
- Fine dining (European, Asian, South American cuisines)
- Buffet operations (high volume operations)
- Casual dining (lounges, family friendly venues, pool and beach operations)
- Central Production and Central Pastry
As Commis Chef your main responsibility will be to support the Culinary team by the preparation of mise en place, food equipment set up, food preparation assistance, maintaining hygiene (HACCP) according to the hotel and local health authority s standard.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates with various culinary backgrounds and experience ranging from 1-3 years in a high-end F&B outlet or international hotel chain. You should possess solid knowledge of basic food preparation, presentation, and preservation techniques as well as hygiene and safety procedures.
