Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Preparation of dishes and ensuring consistent flavor and quality.

  • Support the Cafeteria operations for 200 + staff cafeteria

  • Preparation of South Indian dishes, seafoods & curries.

  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety, adhering to all kitchen protocols and regulations.

  • Assist senior chefs in menu development, contributing innovative ideas for new South Indian specialties.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in bulk cooking with qualification in related field, with a strong foundation in cooking principles.

  • Food Handler's Certificate, demonstrating a commitment to food safety and hygiene.

  • Offers a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a South Indian restaurant or bulk cooking.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in preparing various South Indian dishes
