Roles & Responsibilities
Freelance Sales Partner (100% Commission-Based)
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING:
NO EMPLOYMENT VISA PROVIDED: Applicants must already possess their own valid UAE residency (Investor, Spouse, or Freelance Visa).
100% COMMISSION-ONLY: There is NO FIXED MONTHLY SALARY, no basic pay, and no monthly allowance.
PERFORMANCE-BASED: Your earnings are based solely on successful project closures.
Role Overview
Join Interioxpert as a result-oriented Sales Partner. This is a high-reward opportunity for individuals with an active professional network in the UAE’s Corporate, Construction, and Commercial sectors. Your goal is to leverage your connections to generate leads for premium interior design and fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and refer clients (Residential & Commercial) requiring interior fit-out services.
Networking: Utilize your existing connections with business owners, developers, and contractors to secure project opportunities.
Coordination: Arrange meetings between potential clients and our technical team.
Relationship Management: Act as the liaison between the client and Interioxpert until the contract is signed.

Requirements
UAE Experience: Proven sales track record in UAE Interior Design, Fit-out, or Construction.
Active Network: A strong, "ready-to-use" professional network within the Emirates.
Independence: A proactive "go-getter" attitude with the ability to work without supervision.

Desired Candidate Profile
Industry Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience in the UAE, specifically within Interior Fit-Out, Real Estate, Construction, or Architectural services.
Established Network: Possesses a robust, "ready-to-use" network of industry contacts, including property developers, real estate brokers, facility managers, and corporate decision-makers.
Visa Status (Mandatory): Currently holds a valid, independent UAE residency visa (Spouse, Investor, Golden, or Freelance visa).
Communication & Presentation: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills with an excellent command of English. Fluency in Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam is a strong advantage for relationship building in the local market.
Work Style: Highly independent, entrepreneurial, and capable of managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—with minimal supervision.
Mobility: Possesses a valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle to attend client meetings and site visits across the Emirates (highly preferred).
