Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Community Administrator (Bilingual) to support day-to-day Facilities Management (FM) operations within a high-end residential community in Dubai. The role involves administrative coordination, service request management, resident communication, and ensuring FM service delivery in line with established standards and SLAs.


  • Coordinate and administer FM service requests including maintenance, soft services, and security.
  • Log, monitor, and follow up on work orders and complaints using CAFM / CRM systems.
  • Liaise with FM teams, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely closure of requests.
  • Support SLA and KPI tracking and escalate delays or service gaps.
  • Communicate service updates and planned maintenance notifications to residents.
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, permits, and contractor documentation.
  • Support move-in / move-out administration and access coordination.
  • Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare daily and periodic operational reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in FM administration, community management, or property operations.
  • Prior experience in residential communities or FM environments is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CAFM / CRM systems.
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory)
