Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain compensation structures (salary bands, incentive plans, bonuses, and allowances) aligned with business strategy and market benchmarks.
- Conduct annual salary reviews, market benchmarking, and pay equity analyses.
- Partner with Finance and CHRO on workforce planning and compensation budgeting.
- Support performance management processes by linking pay to performance outcomes.
- Manage executive compensation programs and coordinate with CHRO for C-level reporting.
- Oversee benefits design and administration across multiple jurisdictions (e.g., health insurance, annual flights, pensions, wellness programs).
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to employee benefits to support retention and engagement.
- Liaise with external vendors and brokers to ensure cost efficiency and service quality.
- Standardize benefit policies across entities while maintaining local compliance.
- Maintain accurate C&B data within the HRIS (HiBob), ensuring consistency and confidentiality.
- Generate dashboards, cost projections, and analytical reports for management.
- Support audits, compliance checks, and internal reporting for regulatory and board purposes.
- Develop and maintain compensation policies and frameworks across all locations.

Desired Candidate Profile
The Successful Candidate:
- 4+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally within FinTech, PSP, or other high-growth international environments.
- Strong understanding of salary benchmarking, pay-for-performance, and total rewards design.
- Experience managing benefits across multiple countries (EU, Middle East).
- Proficient in Excel and HRIS systems (HiBob is a plus).
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
