Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new construction project opportunities by researching market trends, competitor activities, and client needs, focusing on high-potential projects.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including owners, developers, architects, and general contractors, to secure project leads.

  • Lead the preparation and presentation of compelling proposals and presentations, customizing them to showcase our unique value proposition and win projects.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and project handoff, ensuring a smooth transition for successful project launches.

  • Identified and secured new business opportunities in mall fit-outs, commercial, and residential construction projects. Managed relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring repeat business and high client satisfaction. Prepared and submitted competitive proposals, bids, and tenders for large-scale projects. Conducted market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential partnerships. Negotiated contracts, finalized agreements, and ensured compliance with Dubai regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required to have a strong foundation.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in construction business development, with a proven track record of securing projects is required.
  • Demonstrated understanding of construction processes, project delivery methods, and industry best practices is critical for success.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships and influencing key stakeholders.
