Contracts / Commercial Manager Jurong International

About the Role: The Contracts / Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing all contractual, financial, and commercial aspects of the project in line with FIDIC principles, client expectations, and Surbana Jurong s governance. This role plays a key part in risk management, claims strategy, and cost controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate consultancy and subcontract agreements
• Manage commercial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Administer claims, variations, and contractual correspondence
• Ensure compliance with RTA and UAE contractual requirements
• Collaborate with legal, technical, and procurement teams to mitigate risk and ensure project profitability

Requirements:

• MSc/BSc in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, or Commercial Management
• Minimum 15 years experience in contracts and commercial roles on metro or infrastructure projects
• In-depth understanding of FIDIC forms of contract, RTA contract frameworks, and GCC regulations
• Excellent negotiation, contract drafting, and cost control skills
• Experience in leading commercial functions for complex, multidisciplinary projects
