Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview:
The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for driving corporate lease and rental sales by acquiring new business and managing existing client relationships. The role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline, achieving monthly sales targets, ensuring contract renewals, and delivering high-quality service through close coordination with internal teams. The position requires a proactive, relationship-driven sales professional with strong market awareness and experience in corporate sales within Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and manage all lease and rental sales for corporate customers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings, follow-ups, and feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Source new corporate customers for both leasing and rental verticals
Prepare quotations and contracts for new and existing clients.
Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved or exceeded.
Track expiring contracts and actively secure renewal orders.
Coordinate with the Accounts team regarding client payments and collections.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the Manager.
Stay updated on current market trends and industry information.
Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams to address client queries or complaints.
Facilitate senior-level engagement between client organizations and Thrifty management.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
About You
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
Proven track record in Corporate Sales with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Excellent relationship-building and new client acquisition skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.
Valid Dubai driving license and prior working experience in Dubai are mandatory for this role.
