Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview:
The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for driving corporate lease and rental sales by acquiring new business and managing existing client relationships. The role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline, achieving monthly sales targets, ensuring contract renewals, and delivering high-quality service through close coordination with internal teams. The position requires a proactive, relationship-driven sales professional with strong market awareness and experience in corporate sales within Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and manage all lease and rental sales for corporate customers.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings, follow-ups, and feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Source new corporate customers for both leasing and rental verticals

  • Prepare quotations and contracts for new and existing clients.

  • Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved or exceeded.

  • Track expiring contracts and actively secure renewal orders.

  • Coordinate with the Accounts team regarding client payments and collections.

  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the Manager.

  • Stay updated on current market trends and industry information.

  • Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams to address client queries or complaints.

  • Facilitate senior-level engagement between client organizations and Thrifty management.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

About You

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Proven track record in Corporate Sales with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Excellent relationship-building and new client acquisition skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.

  • Valid Dubai driving license and prior working experience in Dubai are mandatory for this role.
