Job Summary

Swift Dubai is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Country Manager / Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand our presence in the Turkiye, Caucasus and Central Asia region. This role requires a strong focus on building and nurturing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities to meet client needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with assigned markets and accounts, understanding their evolving requirements and positioning Swift as a trustable advisor.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned markets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to post-sales follow-up, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Swift at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Demonstrate strong accountability for individual and team performance, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven track record of success in a business development /consultative sales role, preferably within the financial services or technology sector.
  • Demonstrable experience in building and nurturing strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to proactively identify customer needs and translate them into actionable business opportunities / outcomes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Flexible to travel to assigned countries in order to develop business and relationships.
  • Fluency in English and Russian.
