Customer Service Employee

As a CARE employee, you will handle customer service inquiries regarding our products, services and site navigation, always demonstrating professionalism and effectiveness.


 


Your tasks:


 


You will respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and appropriate manner via phone, chat, email and other communication channels.

You make a correct diagnosis of customer inquiries and find an appropriate and effective solution based on predefined action processes.


You will use the appropriate systems, software and other means that are necessary to answer the requests.


You will politely support and communicate knowledgeable information to all internal and external clients.


You'll participate in cross-functional communications and meetings to support the team, department, or your headquarters.


You are also willing to take on additional tasks.


 


Your profile:


 


Fluent and fluent in German (good written and spoken German skills C1)


At least one (1) year of customer service experience


Ideally, you have experience in multi-channel customer service.


You have the ability to provide excellent customer service while doing multiple things at once.


Experience with graphic design or photo design software is a plus.
