Roles & Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1+ year) in customer onboarding, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the financial services or FinTech industry.
- Strong understanding of KYC/AML requirements and onboarding processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with specific FinTech onboarding platforms or tools.
- Knowledge of local regulatory requirements related to customer onboarding in KSA.
- Experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on building relationships.
