Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Establish and maintain positive relationships with
existing clients to foster loyalty and trust. This includes identifying "key accounts"—
customers who provide a substantial amount of business—and tailoring strategies
to their specific needs.
Issue Resolution: Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries,
feedback, and complaints. CRMs must resolve issues promptly and efficiently, often
stepping in to handle complex escalations that customer service representatives
cannot solve.
Business Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products
or services to existing clients. They also research competitors to stay ahead and
recruit new customers into the fold.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze customer data and survey results to identify
trends, pain points, and areas for improvement. They use these insights to provide
feedback to senior management and other departments.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product
development teams to ensure the "voice of the customer" informs product
roadmaps and marketing campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales customer service and customer support
Proven experience selling software or technology solutions
Strong client relationship skills
Fluency in English, Arabic and French (written and verbal)
Advanced MS Office proficiency
Experience using CRM and sales tools
Willingness to travel frequently
