Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Emirati customers, providing personalized support and guidance on products and services.
  • Proactively engage with customers to build strong relationships, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement in customer service and product offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Hold relevant certifications in customer service or relationship management (e.g., CCXP, CRM certification).

  • Have at least 3-5 years of experience in customer relations, preferably within the UAE.

  • Emirati nationality is required, with a strong understanding of Emirati culture, values, and traditions.
