Job Description: Customer Service cum Sales Coordinator
Location: Dubai
Salary Range: AED 4,000 / 4,500 per month
Industry: Diamonds & Jewelry
Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service cum Sales Coordinator to join our Company in Dubai office. The ideal candidate will support customer service operations as well as internal sales coordination activities. Candidates must have 1 to 2 years of experience in the diamond or jewelry industry, with a strong understanding of industry standards and customer/client need
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Serve as the point of contact for customer/ client inquiries via phone, email.
- Handle customer/client requests, complaints, and service-related follow-ups professionally.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication regarding reports, timelines, and service updates.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Sales Coordination:
- Support the BD team with daily coordination tasks and documentation.
- Conduct daily follow-ups on pending and completed orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of services.
- Maintain accurate sales records, databases, and documentation.
General Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling, reporting, and general operational tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive work environment and support cross-department coordination.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of UAE experience in the diamond or jewelry industry (mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- BD background will be considered an added advantage.
