Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase revenue streams, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to strengthen partnerships.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities, positioning our offerings effectively in the marketplace.
- Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring favorable terms that meet both client expectations and company profit margins.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create impactful promotional materials and sales tools that resonate with potential clients.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the sales team.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback post-sale, implementing strategies to address concerns and improve overall service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to position the company as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions, providing accurate forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and establish connections with potential clients and partners.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Preference for candidates with experience in B2B sales, specifically in technology or service-oriented sectors where relationship-building is key.
- Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) preferred to cater to diverse client bases.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and client feedback for informed decision-making.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite to enhance productivity and reporting accuracy.
