Roles & Responsibilities


JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE
To provide administrative support in typing Arabic / English applications within the Freezone department.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Type and process the documents for all the visa applications such as new employment visas, dependent /servant visas, investor visas, renewals, and cancellation.
• Prepare online Emirates Id and Medical DHA /MOH Application forms related to government requirements for the processing of new/renewed visa applications.
• Dealing with Phone Calls, Emails, and Direct customer
• Facilitating Visa Process for Employment and Dependent
• Arrange and Type Medical & Emirates ID Application
• Coordinate General Office administration task.
• Avoid the penalties by doing the assigned tasks before deadlines.
QUALIFICIATON
• Bachelor s Degree in any discipline or equivalent or undergraduate with adequate experiences
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
• Good working knowledge of GDRFAD portal and NOQODI payment.
• Effective communication skills.
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum three (3) years typist experience in a typing center (i.e AMER, TASHEEL)
