Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To manage, configure, and support enterprise project management systems including Oracle Unifier, PMIS (Project Management Information Systems), and PMS (Project Management Systems). The role ensures seamless integration, data integrity, and reporting capabilities across platforms to support efficient project delivery and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Configuration & Support:
- Configure and maintain Oracle Unifier modules including workflows, forms, and business processes.
- Administer PMIS/PMS platforms used for cost, schedule, risk, and document management.
- Ensure system alignment with project lifecycle requirements and client standards.
Integration & System Administration:
- Integrate Unifier with other enterprise systems such as Primavera P6, ERP, Aconex, and SharePoint.
- Manage data flow between PMIS/PMS platforms and reporting tools.
- Administer user roles, permissions, and access controls across all systems.
- Support system upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.
Database Management:
- Maintain databases supporting Unifier and PMIS/PMS platforms (Oracle, SQL Server).
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for analytics and reporting.
- Monitor database health, backups, and security compliance.
Reporting & BI:
- Design and deliver dashboards and reports using Power BI, Oracle BI Publisher, or OBIEE.
- Support project controls reporting including Earned Value Management (EVM), cost, schedule, and change tracking.
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy across platforms.
User Support & Training:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Unifier and PMIS/PMS systems.
- Conduct training sessions and develop user guides and SOPs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in application/database support, with at least 2 years in Oracle Unifier.
- Experience in PMC or EPC environments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of PMIS/PMS platforms and their integration with project control tools.
- Proficiency in SQL, Oracle DB, and enterprise integration tools.
