Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake pastries, bread, desserts, and other bakery items.
  • Ensure recipes, portion standards, and presentation meet company guidelines.
  • Assist in menu development for bakery and pastry sections.
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety compliance in the kitchen.
  • Supervise commis-level staff and provide training where needed.
  • Monitor stock, control wastage, and manage ingredient storage properly.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Bakery & Pastry in India.
  • Ability to converse in English.
