Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake pastries, bread, desserts, and other bakery items.
- Ensure recipes, portion standards, and presentation meet company guidelines.
- Assist in menu development for bakery and pastry sections.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety compliance in the kitchen.
- Supervise commis-level staff and provide training where needed.
- Monitor stock, control wastage, and manage ingredient storage properly.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Bakery & Pastry in India.
- Ability to converse in English.
