About The Role
CrowdStrike is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead and grow its business across the UAE. The role requires strong leadership, relationship-building, and strategic sales skills to manage and motivate the sales team. The Director will oversee sales strategy, drive goal attainment, and work closely with senior leadership to align sales activities with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide management oversight to Regional Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and strategic goals.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions for quarterly and annual sales planning.
- Communicate corporate strategy to the sales team and implement sales forecasts.
- Develop and manage budgets, resources, and short- and long-term goals.
- Identify and qualify Enterprise sales opportunities at the management level.
- Act as a coach and mentor to Regional Sales Managers, ensuring effective goal execution.
- Collaborate with Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product Development teams.
- Maintain communication with senior leadership regarding key business developments.
- Strong executive-level relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Experience working across sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Deep understanding of Cybersecurity technologies and competitive offerings.
- Proven track record in target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales.
- Ability to manage budgets, predict project costs, and exceed sales quotas.
- Experience managing professional-level employees and fostering a positive work environment.
- Fluent in Turkish and English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
