We are seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Food & Beverage to lead all aspects of our culinary and dining operations. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the guest experience at a flagship property in one of Morocco s most beautiful destinations.
About the RoleAs Director of Food & Beverage, you will oversee daily operations across Culinary, Restaurants & Bars, Room Service, and Banquets/Catering. You will drive departmental strategies, ensure brand standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while maximizing revenue and profitability. This leadership role requires a strong business acumen, a commitment to quality, and the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a food & beverage strategy aligned with Marriott s brand vision.
- Lead daily operations, ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
- Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Drive innovation in menus and service to exceed guest expectations.
- Build and maintain a culture of excellence, trust, and collaboration within the team.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction through proactive engagement.
- Recruit, coach, and develop food & beverage leaders and associates.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED with 6 years of experience in food & beverage, culinary, or event management.
OR - 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with 4 years of experience in food & beverage, culinary, or event management.
