We are seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Food & Beverage to lead all aspects of our culinary and dining operations. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the guest experience at a flagship property in one of Morocco s most beautiful destinations.

About the Role

As Director of Food & Beverage, you will oversee daily operations across Culinary, Restaurants & Bars, Room Service, and Banquets/Catering. You will drive departmental strategies, ensure brand standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while maximizing revenue and profitability. This leadership role requires a strong business acumen, a commitment to quality, and the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a food & beverage strategy aligned with Marriott s brand vision.
Lead daily operations, ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for growth.
Drive innovation in menus and service to exceed guest expectations.
Build and maintain a culture of excellence, trust, and collaboration within the team.
Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction through proactive engagement.
Recruit, coach, and develop food & beverage leaders and associates.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED with 6 years of experience in food & beverage, culinary, or event management.
OR
2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with 4 years of experience in food & beverage, culinary, or event management.
