Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from pipeline generation through final negotiation and procurement. This includes deep prospecting, gathering complex technical and commercial requirements, and executing channel and partner strategies to drive incremental revenue. You will be a critical representative of the company in the market, driving brand awareness at industry events and feeding back vital customer intelligence to Product and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Management: End-to-end management of the sales cycle, including pipeline generation, qualification, enrichment, and execution.
- Prospecting & Activity: Maintain a high activity level for prospecting, including calls, messaging across multiple platforms, and direct meetings.
- Deal Execution: Handle deals end-to-end, managing commercials, negotiation, and procurement processes.
- Strategy & Partnerships: Develop, execute, and implement channel and partner strategy and programs, working with local partners to facilitate deals.
- Market Intelligence: Gather key customers feedback and requirements, reporting them back to Product and Marketing to inform strategy.
- Representation: Represent the company at conferences, attend meetups, and contribute to overall brand and awareness in the market.
- Experience: 5 7 years of proven experience as a lead sales executive working for a technology company in the fintech sector, with a strong focus on driving revenue and managing key client relationships.
- Autonomy: A maverick able to operate alone in a territory with remote support.
- Mindset: Go-getter and doer highly proactive and self-driven; capable of performing in an agile and flexible startup environment.
- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication in English. Other languages are a plus.
- Tech Savvy: Tech-savvy and passionate about technology.
Preferred Experience (Nice-to-Haves):
- Extensive experience in the Blockchain and Cybersecurity space is preferred.
- Direct knowledge and experience in Blockchain technology (a strong advantage).
- Compensation: Highly competitive package including Base Salary ($160K - $180K) + Equity (Shares) + Commission (uncapped potential).
- Impact: Significant opportunity to own and grow a territory, directly influencing market expansion and revenue for a high-growth FinTech company.
- Autonomy: High level of autonomy and ability to act like a founder in your assigned territory.
