Job description
1. Hierarchical position:
Reporting to the General Management of the hotel.
Oversees HR, Payroll, Training, Safety & Well-being at Work departments.

Define and implement the HR policy in line with the hotel's overall strategy.
Ensuring regulatory compliance, compliance with labor laws, and social and safety standards.
Advise the Management on organizational and human aspects.
Actively participate in the Management Committee and strategic decisions.
b. Personnel management and social climate:
Oversee the entire HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, evaluation and departures.
Support department heads (accommodation, catering, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) in the management of their teams.
Ensure effective internal communication and maintain a good social climate.
Ensure the motivation, loyalty and skills development of employees.
c. Training, Development and Performance:
Identify training needs and develop a skills development plan adapted to the hospitality professions.
Implement ongoing training programs (customer service, quality, safety, leadership, languages, etc.).
Manage annual reviews and succession plans.
d. Recruitment and employer branding:
Attract the best talent in the hospitality sector by collaborating with hotel schools and employment partners.
Strengthen the hotel's employer brand through communication, internal events and staff loyalty.
Ensure a positive employee experience from onboarding.
e. Compensation and reporting:
Define and monitor the policy of remuneration, bonuses and benefits in kind (accommodation, catering, transport).
Monitor the payroll and produce HR dashboards (turnover rate, absenteeism, training, satisfaction).
3. CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) actions:
Develop and implement the hotel's CSR strategy in conjunction with the group's management and standards.
Promote environmental and social values among employees.
Organise awareness-raising actions: waste sorting, energy saving, plastic reduction, participation in local actions (clean beaches, support for local associations, etc.).
Promote diversity, equal opportunities and inclusion among the workforce.
Implement workplace well-being and mental health programs.
4. Internal event management and employee engagement:
Organize internal events:
Farewell parties, graduation celebrations, staff day, internal competitions, etc.
Team building activities to strengthen cohesion and motivation.
5. Key Competencies:
Technical:
Mastery of labor law, payroll and multi-service workforce management.
Good knowledge of the hotel industry and its operational constraints.
Competence in CSR project management and internal communication.
Use of HRIS and HR monitoring tools.
Managerial and relational:
Positive leadership and ability to unite multicultural teams.
Sense of service and excellent communication.
Analytical skills, diplomacy and ability to manage operational emergencies.
Coordinate HR events related to the employer brand: forums, school partnerships, open days, participation in trade fairs.
Supervise internal communication actions (newsletter, poster, intranet, etc.).
Qualifications
Higher education in Human Resources, Hotel Management or Employment Law (Bac+5).
Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in a position of HR responsibility, ideally in the hotel or tourism sector.
Fluency in French and English; any other language is an asset.
Strong sensitivity to service culture, sustainability and well-being at work.
Desired Candidate Profile
Formation sup rieure en Ressources Humaines, Management H telier ou Droit social (Bac+5).
- Exp rience significative (minimum 5 ans) dans un poste de responsabilit RH, id alement dans le secteur h telier ou touristique.
 - Ma trise du fran ais et de l anglais ; toute autre langue est un atout.
 - Forte sensibilit la culture du service, la durabilit et au bien- tre au travail.
