ROLE SUMMARY

• Oversee the development and implementation of the performance management processes and framework containing best practice elements
• Oversee the development and implementation of controls to help Identify employees with high potential for growth, and propose their evolution
• Lead initiatives with P&O Managers to oversee and make recommendations on internal moves and rotations
• Work closely with the Learning and Development Department to facilitate the identification of key areas for employee development
• Develop trainings and communication material for the various Talent Management and Development initiatives to ensure the Human Capital population is excited and empowered for the journey ahead
• Responsible for planning and implementing the engagement agenda for the full country including the HO
• Advise and assist HO management and staff for all matters relating to P&O processes to ensure strict compliance
• Create and implement strategic budget planning and forecasting processes for all HO Business units, ensuring alignment with organizational financial objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
• 10+ years' experience in a similar position
• Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
• Experince in Talent Managment and performance
