Summary: We are
seeking a reliable and motivated Driver cum Assistant to join our
dynamic team. This role combines driving responsibilities with assisting our
production teams during film projects, ensuring timely transportation of
equipment and materials while supporting various operational activities. The
ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent time
management skills, and a passion for the film industry.

Key
Responsibilities:

• Driving & Transport:
• Safely and timely transport
  film equipment, production materials, and crew to various locations.
• Ensure all equipment is
  properly loaded, secured, and unloaded to avoid damage during transport.
• Maintain a clean and
  well-organized vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Comply with all traffic
  laws and regulations to ensure safety at all times.
• Coordinate and execute
  local deliveries and pickups based on production needs.
• Assisting on Set:
• Assist the production team
  and crew with various on-set tasks, such as organizing and setting up
  equipment.
• Assist with loading and
  unloading heavy gear and materials during shoot setups.
• Help manage the logistics
  of transporting equipment between locations and studios.
• Provide any other necessary
  support to the crew during film production as required.
• Maintenance & Reporting:
• Conduct daily vehicle
  inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
• Maintain accurate records
  of transportation schedules, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure that all relevant
  documentation (delivery forms, transportation logs, etc.) is completed
  and submitted on time.
• Customer Service &
  Communication:
• Foster a positive and
  professional relationship with clients, production teams, and other
  departments.
• Assist with client queries
  regarding equipment transport, delivery schedules, and related concerns.
• Maintain open communication
  with team leads and production coordinators for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Valid driver s license
  (local country) with a clean driving record.
• Experience in driving large
  vehicles or trucks (preferred).
• Previous experience in the
  film industry or film equipment handling is a plus.
• Excellent communication and
  interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible
  hours, including nights and weekends, based on production schedules.
• Strong organizational skills
  and attention to detail.
• Physical fitness and the
  ability to lift heavy equipment when needed.
• Ability to work well under
  pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of the local
  area, road networks, and production locations.
• A strong work ethic and a
  willingness to take on various tasks as needed.
