Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Safely transport company staff and clients to various locations, ensuring timely arrivals and adherence to traffic regulations.
- Assist with daily office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management, maintaining an organized workspace.
- Manage the scheduling and maintenance of company vehicles, including regular inspections and reporting any issues promptly.
- Coordinate logistics for office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels, placing orders when necessary to avoid shortages.
- Support administrative staff by preparing meeting rooms, arranging refreshments, and handling necessary equipment setups.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, showcasing reliability and adherence to traffic laws.
- At least 2 years of experience in a driving role combined with administrative support, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Basic knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) to assist with data entry and document preparation.
