Preferred Skills:

• Manage the change control management process of future changes, releases, updates, and enhancements of the D365 environments: Production, UAT, and Development.
• Work with internal and external partners to develop and deploy quality enhancements in accordance with industry best practices and company processes; solutions will include D365 modifications, reporting, and integrations with legacy applications.
• Experience with relational Databases, SQL, and Data modeling.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and an understanding of source control versioning and branching.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for assigned systems and processes.
• Assist in the supporting applications, features, functions, and systems and in the configuration, updates, and upgrades to D365.
• Coordinate and lead user acceptance tests with the business units and end users against business requirements.
• Partner with internal and external support teams to resolve any D365 issues or bugs.
• Provide end-user guidance, and documentation and assist users with day-to-day issues, problems, and questions.
• Stay abreast of D365 enhancements, adapt quickly, and self-learn.
• Should have at least 4+ Years experience in Dynamics technical design and development (X++, C#, SSRS and BI development)
• Experience with Visual Studio and in .NET development
• Experience in data migration (using DIXF, third-party tools, Atlas, and custom development)
• Experience in integration development (web services, DIXF, .net custom client-server applications, knowledge of standard web services and integration protocols oData, SOAP, JSON, REST, SSIS, direct SQL, Azure logic apps)
• Experience in environment and release management (ALM, TFS, Build processes, Environment management, Installation and configuration of AX and related components)
• Experience with two or more MS Dynamics functional areas, preferably: Finance, Trade & Logistics, Warehouse Management, Sales, Marketing, Service, Production, Manufacturing, and other modules

Must Haves:

• Knowledge of Power Automate and Power BI is preferred.
• Knowledge of CDS and Dual write preferred
• Working knowledge of process development and industry-specific best practices
• Ability to organize, prioritize estimate and deliver tasks meeting deadlines
• Confidence and willingness to learn
• Communication skills in English are required.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to manage the team of developers and deliver on time.
• Involve in solution architecture with the team
• B.A. or B.S. Degree in Computer Science, IS, IT or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 4+ years of total experience in Microsoft Dynamics Solution design
• 4+ years of experience with D365 F&O (formerly AX) development.
• D365 CRM Experience
• Experience and understanding of Microsoft Products PowerApps, Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Azure Infrastructure, capabilities, and cloud basics.
• Works well in a team setting and individually.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
