Qualifications (VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE BEFORE APPLYING!) 1. Engineering degree in Computer, Electronics, or Electrical is preferred (in order of preference). However, candidates with the appropriate knowledge, industry certification, and experience are also welcome to apply even if their formal education difffers. 2. Experience between 1-4 years strictly in ELV consultancy roles (experience as system integrators, contractors, and vendors will unfortunately not apply for this role without a minimum of one year with a reputable consultancy firm that delivered projects through the RIBA stages). 3. Ability and willingness to continue learning (no, this is not a lousy corporate / HR statement is actually a KPI requirement). We do hold our team to a high standard when it comes to continuing education! Caution: "You shall not pass" if: 1. Your idea of design is taking a consultant's design drawing and turning it into a shop drawing (see note above about SI / contractor-centric experience). Design means you take a blank, greyed out archi plan and can turn it into a pretty, colorfully dotted ELV plan that looks like the work of unicorns behind the rainbow, and BE ABLE TO DEFEND IT. 2. If, when asked about what your approach to designing a VSS / EACS system is, your answer is one of the following: 3. I place cameras at entries, exits, recep.. *Yawn* 4.
