Founded in 1909, Emirates Post is the official postal operator of the UAE. In 2007, it became a subsidiary of the diversified Emirates Post Group. The corporation has a network of over 115 post offices and numerous subsidiaries namely, Wall Street Exchange Center, Emirates Marketing & Promotions (EMP), Electronic Documents Centre and Empost which is the national courier company. The Group offers quality services under postal and non-postal categories. Postal services include:

• Personalized Mailing Solutions
• Local and International Express Mail
• Domestic and International Courier Services
• Money Transfer (Instant Cash service and UPU’s International Financial System)

Non-postal Services consists of important community services which are offered in partnership with various government agencies and private institutions. The non-postal portfolio of services includes Government services, financial services, utility bill payment services and travel services. The Emirates Post Group’s mission is to provide postal services and solutions that match the latest trends in global postal services with consistency. The group focuses on making post offices one-stop shops offering multiple services through its network of post offices putting customer satisfaction at the heart of all its efforts.
