Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Aftersales Retention Executive is responsible for enhancing customer retention and experience in the aftersales sector. The role includes designing retention products, conducting market feasibility analyses, and managing the operational and financial processes of aftersales retention strategies. Key responsibilities involve marketing briefs and stakeholder engagement across multiple automotive brands. The executive plays a crucial role in improving customer loyalty and aligning efforts with Al-Futtaim Automotive's global standards.


What You Will Do:

  • Publish and maintain a dashboard reflecting retention product performance by brand and branch.

  • Conduct market intelligence activities to gather customer insights on competitors, pricing, and market trends.

  • Develop and implement retention marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing department.

  • Conduct site visits to identify retention improvement opportunities and prepare reports with recommendations.

  • Produce feasibility studies for new products with quality data sheets and KPI analysis.

  • Present proposals to stakeholders with clear road maps and demonstrate strong presentation skills.

  • Design and document processes for implementation, including training, change management, and operational flows.

  • Assist the Retention Manager in managing common retention products and demonstrate ownership.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

  • Excellent presentation, planning, and project management skills.
