Role Overview

Paramount Computer Systems is seeking a dynamic and experienced Emp Experience Lead to join their team. The EE Lead will be responsible for owning all aspects of human Capital operations, including talent acquisition and onboarding, employee relations, performance enablement, L&D, HR policies and procedures, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate must have a strong HR background, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively lead and manage a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute on HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the overall business objectives.
  • Govern maintenance of personnel records, ensure compliance of statutory requirements in the payroll process, conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to recognize and reward employee achievements and contributions to inspire the workforce.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns. Implement innovative strategies to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in Employee Life Cycle Enablement, ensure compliance with the implemented best practices and foster a lively work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience with recruitment, employee relations, performance enablement and HR compliance.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Leadership - Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Data Centric Decision Making & Influencing Skills - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborative skills - Align with L&D and Talent Management Team to execute the corporate org wide strategy to the respective region.
