Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


1. Manage all Employee Shared Services operations (onboarding, payroll, leave management, benefits, insurance, mobility services, end-of-service settlements).

2. Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across multiple entities and geographies.

3. Maintain employee records and documentation in compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.

4. Manage employee inquiries via HR helpdesk / ticketing systems, ensuring SLA adherence and service excellence.

5. Oversee HRIS (Darwinbox, or equivalent) to ensure accurate data governance, reporting, and analytics.

6. Drive automation, self-service portals, and digital transformation projects to enhance efficiency and user experience.

7. Partner with IT and vendors on HR system upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting.

8. Ensure compliance with local labor law, social security, tax, and internal governance standards.

9. Coordinate with internal and external auditors for HR-related audits and risk assessments.

10. Monitor and report on KPIs related to payroll accuracy, query resolution, compliance, and service efficiency.

11. Lead, coach, and develop the Employee Services team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.

12. Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

13. Partner with HRBPs, Finance, and business leaders to provide insights and ensure smooth service delivery.

14. Identify process gaps and implement best practices to streamline shared services operations.

15. Lead HR transformation initiatives (e.g., AI-driven chatbots, employee self-service apps, process automation).

16. Conduct benchmarking studies and ensure competitive and compliant benefits structures.


Desired Candidate Profile


QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

· Knowledge of UAE Labor Law

· Advance MS office skills (MS Excel & PowerPoint)

· WPS Salary payment process

· Experience in ERP (SAP HR / Oracle HCM / Similar ERP Products), Darwinbox Knowledge is plus

· Exposure to employee master data management is mandatory.

.Computers in Education will be a plus

· 8–12 years of HR operations experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial/shared services role.

· Proven expertise in payroll, HRIS, benefits administration, and HR operations across multiple geographies.

· Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and GCC labor practices (if regional role).

. Experience in HR digital transformation, automation, and system implementation projects.
