Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

  • Plan the weekly and daily workload with appropriate resource mapping to achieve targeted KPI s.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly agents and operations performance reports.
  • Support implementation of complex VIP requirements regarding software and hardware.
  • Plan for executive management hardware and software updates in a timely manner to ensure business continuity.
  • Follow up on the escalation process to ensure the service standards in terms of quality and response times are always met.
  • Work with other members to ensure optimum desktop network.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Technology/ Information Services role.

Skills:

  • Ability to lead teams
  • Very strong technical knowledge in telecom infrastructure
  • Demonstration of strong Leadership and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong English language written & verbal communication skills. Bilingual capability (fluency in English & Arabic).

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
