Roles & Responsibilities

INVIXIUM is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join our Technical Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and presenting technical demos, deploying and managing Proof of Concept for enterprise customers, creating RFPs and relevant documentation, ensuring tender compliance, and providing technical training to the sales team and channel partners.

Invixium provides end-to-end access control, workforce and visitor management, and health screening solutions using touchless biometrics. Our devices capture accurate data used to perform intelligent analytics and generate meaningful, user-friendly dashboards to help businesses of all sizes become more healthy, productive, and secure. We re looking for someone curious, driven, and passionate to join our team and help us continue innovating in the biometric security space.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and present technical demos for potential customers, consultants, and channel partners
  • Deploy and manage Proofs of Concepts for enterprise customers
  • Design and prepare technical presentations and recommend solutions for client requirements
  • Participate in RFP and Product/Security Questionnaire documentation
  • Prepare Tender Compliances on technical clauses and provide appropriate solutions
  • Leverage our products to design custom solutions
  • Be an expert in Invixium solutions, and provide feedback (both your own and from customers) to the core product team on areas of improvement and new features
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritize competing deadlines, work independently, and communicate updates regularly to your manager and product team
  • Provide technical product training to the sales team and channel partners team
  • Join the sales team on technically-oriented calls and conversations with customers and channel partners
Qualifications and Experience:
  • BE/ME (IT/CE/Electronics/EC), MCA/BCA, M.Sc. (IT)
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in technical pre-sales/sales engineering, consulting, Customer Success Management, technical support, and/or other customer-facing role consulting on, delivering, or supporting technical products or services
  • Experience in physical security access control management and touchless biometrics would be an added advantage
