Job Description

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving sales and expanding our client base within large organizations. Your role is critical to our growth strategy, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and understanding their business needs. You will engage with senior decision-makers, introduce our solutions, and guide prospects through the buying process. Your ability to communicate effectively, negotiate complex deals, and deliver customer value will play a major role in achieving our business objectives. We need an Enterprise Account Executive who is driven, strategic, and capable of handling multiple large corporate accounts while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets within assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective enterprise clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close complex sales agreements with senior executives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage account information, sales activities, and forecasts.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and projections for senior management review.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop effective customer engagement strategies.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by anticipating needs and providing innovative solutions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in enterprise B2B sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in large account management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with high-level negotiation capabilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools for managing account data.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients and attend industry events.
