As an Events Coordinator with our Cabin Crew Recruitment team, you will partner with stakeholders to enable the acquisition of top talent across the group. This is a shift based role, from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
In This Role, You Will
- Support peers and team members across Talent Acquisition to achieve delivery targets
- Perform tasks including but not limited to following areas: hotel booking, travel expenses, duty travel requests, candidate sourcing and shortlisting applicants, invitations.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities to improve experience and generate results.
- Communicate openly and in a timely manner throughout the candidate journey while ensuring the candidates needs are met.
- Provide prospects and candidates with accurate and relevant information with regards to the business/roles.
- Implement effective talent acquisition strategies and processes to ensure results are achieved.
- Leverage sourcing channels to enable the engagement and acquisition of top talent.
- Use available data to identify opportunities for improvement in stakeholder and candidate experience.
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition project work and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance and confidentiality across the process
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
- 12 years of schooling or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years in Recruitment & Selection or Hotel & Hospitality
- Intellectual curiosity, a strong growth mind-set and the desire to constantly improve
- Able to form relationships and build trust
- Open and flexible approach; able to adapt quickly to changing business needs
- Positive attitude to persevere through challenges
- Knowledge in Recruitment administrative procedures and handling high volume campaigns.
- Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in events booking, candidate processing, reporting and planning processes.
- Knowledge of creating and managing candidate talent pools across multiple geographies
- Ability to prepare reports
