Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, ensuring optimal scheduling of meetings and appointments while prioritizing executive time effectively.
  • Act as a gatekeeper by screening communications and determining priority issues, ensuring timely responses and efficient information flow.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate reports, presentations, and documents, showcasing strong writing and analytical skills tailored to executive needs.
  • Coordinate logistics for high-stakes events and meetings, including venue selection, catering, and technical requirements, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, reinforcing trust and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Support project management efforts by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress of key initiatives, optimizing team collaboration.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and fostering productive relationships.
  • Implement office systems and processes to improve efficiency, showcasing a keen eye for organization and operational excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for executive support.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in similar roles, demonstrating proficiency in high-level administrative tasks.
  • Experience in fast-paced corporate environments, ideally within the tech or finance industry, reflecting adaptability and industry familiarity.
  • Preference for candidates who are fluent in English and Arabic .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software, ensuring technical competence in daily tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively, reflecting exceptional time management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders and team members.
