Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Own and maintain the CEO s live action log and priority tracker, ensuring all items are up-to-date and accurately reflected.
Proactively monitor progress on key deliverables, identify potential slippage or bottlenecks, and professionally drive follow-up to ensure deadlines are met.
Request updates and follow up directly with Chiefs, Directors, and Managers on behalf of the CEO, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
Manage and strategically organize the CEO s calendar, balancing priorities, travel, and commitments.
Prepare meeting agendas, meeting minutes, invitations, and briefing materials to ensure the CEO is well-prepared.
Draft professional communications, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO as needed.
Operate with high autonomy, discretion, and professionalism, handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
Willingness to be responsive in dynamic workhours and adapt to flexible scheduling during peak periods to support executive priorities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role, preferably supporting C-level executive.
Proven experience in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments, with a track record of managing complex priorities.
Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation for intra-city travel as needed.
