Roles & Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant at Bluemoon plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while providing high-level administrative support to the CEO. This position combines office management, coordination, and executive assistance, acting as a central point of organization and communication within the agency.


Key Responsibilities


- Manage the CEO s calendar, meetings, emails, and priorities

- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and correspondence

- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and follow-ups

- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

- Oversee daily office operations and administrative procedures

- Manage office supplies, vendors, and service providers

- Coordinate HR-related administration (attendance, onboarding support, documentation)

- Ensure a productive, organized, and professional work environment

- Support internal teams with coordination and operational needs

- Assist in basic finance administration (invoicing follow-ups, expenses, petty cash if required)
