Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive executive support including management of a complex calendar, travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Prepare materials for regional and global leadership meetings, including agendas, presentations and follow-up actions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; draft and review correspondence, reports and presentations on behalf of the Regional Head.
- Coordinate communications across markets and global teams to ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Plan and support regional business reviews, leadership offsites and commercial events; manage logistics and liaise with local and regional teams.
- Support business operations tasks such as budget tracking, purchase order requests and vendor coordination.
- Partner with HR, Finance and Business Operations on administrative, compliance and governance activities.
- Contribute to the implementation of regional projects and initiatives as required.
Work Environment:
This role is based on-site at our Dubai, UAE office.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Purpose:
The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high level administrative and operational support to the Head of GSK s International Central Region. The EA will act as a trusted partner to the leadership team, enabling effective business operations, stakeholder engagement and decision making. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience supporting senior leadership as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, ideally within a multinational or pharmaceutical environment.
- Excellent command of English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
- Exceptional organizational, problem solving and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders.
- High degree of professionalism, confidentiality and cultural awareness.
