Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan and forecast annual business plans for assigned customers, new product launches, and product portfolios, including sales performance, profitability forecasting, and promotional campaign planning and execution to increase brand visibility

Maintain and increase shelf and market share of products through best-in-class execution standards, competitor analysis, and market intelligence

Identify and evaluate opportunities for entering new markets within the region

Expand product portfolio across different countries in the region, maximize sales revenue, and ensure business continuity

Optimize and manage consumer promotions, discounts, and commercial schemes effectively

Establish and develop relationships with distributors, store managers, and category managers; identify decision-making processes and account mapping to align with company priorities

Provide qualitative and quantitative market analysis regarding market potential, size, and share for assigned products

Execute additional responsibilities within the scope of this position as required

Desired Candidate Profile

7+ years of experience in sales and export fields, preferably in FMCG or Cosmetics industries

Bachelor's degree from a reputable university

Excellent command of the English language

Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

Proven track record of successfully managing export businesses and leading teams

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
