Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage all F&B outlets and banquet operations efficiently, ensuring high standards and profitability.
Develop and execute marketing plans for outlets and banquets to drive sales and visibility.
Lead, mentor, and supervise F&B teams to deliver exceptional service.
Monitor budgets, control costs, and oversee inventory management.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef to innovate menus and maintain food and beverage quality.
Handle guest relations personally, ensuring outstanding experiences and satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to enhance operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
10+ years in F&B operations with at least 3 years as an F&B Manager in a 4/5-star hotel.
Strong knowledge of F&B operations, menu design, soft & hard beverages, and upselling strategies.
Experience in banquet management and revenue-driven operations.
GCC experience preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and guest-service skills.
