Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of facility operations, including building maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring a safe and functional environment.
  • Develop and implement facility management strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers, ensuring quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage and monitor facility budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or FMP (Facility Management Professional).
  • Offers a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in facility management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
