Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Female Sales Coordinator who is fluent in Arabic to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate a proactive approach towards achieving sales targets. The role involves coordinating and supporting the sales team, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operation of sales activities. Being a Sales Coordinator requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support the sales team with daily activities and tasks.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records in the database system.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance for management review.
  • Assist in the development of sales presentations and proposals for clients.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as order processing and invoice generation.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with customers and maintain a high level of service.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute various sales and promotion strategies.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Assist in identifying potential new clients and business opportunities.

Requirements
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering excellent client experiences.
  • Previous experience in the sales industry is highly desirable but not mandatory.
