Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Female Sales Coordinator who is fluent in Arabic to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate a proactive approach towards achieving sales targets. The role involves coordinating and supporting the sales team, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operation of sales activities. Being a Sales Coordinator requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the sales team with daily activities and tasks.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records in the database system.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance for management review.
- Assist in the development of sales presentations and proposals for clients.
- Handle administrative tasks such as order processing and invoice generation.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers and maintain a high level of service.
- Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute various sales and promotion strategies.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Assist in identifying potential new clients and business opportunities.
Requirements
- Fluent in both Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in a sales support or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering excellent client experiences.
- Previous experience in the sales industry is highly desirable but not mandatory.
