Female Telecaller – Sales Gibraltar Technologies LLC

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Female Telecaller with strong experience in software product sales. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of telesales experience, specifically in selling software solutions, and a proven ability to generate leads, engage clients, and drive conversions over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database

• Promote and sell software products by clearly explaining features and benefits

• Identify client needs and position suitable software solutions

• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Sales Manager

• Handle objections and close deals over calls when applicable

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM

• Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in telesales, with a focus on software product sales (mandatory)

• Strong understanding of software solutions / SaaS products

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Fluent in English

• UAE market experience preferred

• Target-oriented with a proactive approach
