Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP).
  • Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Manage the preparation of financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Oversee the audit process, liaising with external auditors, and ensuring timely completion of audits with minimal findings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.
  • Holds a professional accounting certification (CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent) with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with significant experience in a Big 4 or Tier 2 accounting firm.
  • Has experience in the manufacturing, technology, or financial services industries is highly desirable.
