Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS
Monitor cash flow, costs, and profitability across business units
Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls
Support audits and liaise with external auditors and advisors
Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions
Work closely with operations and management teams on performance improvement initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA / ACCA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in healthcare, diagnostics, or services sector including 2+ years at a Managerial / Chief Accountant Level
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control, including IFRS
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
