Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee financial reporting processes, delivering timely and precise reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance financial processes and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance operations team.
  • Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

A successful Finance Operations Lead should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is preferred.
  • Experience managing transactional finance teams
  • Proven expertise in accounting and financial management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a finance team is advantageous.
