Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with installation and fitment of vehicle tracking devices and related equipment.
- Support basic vehicle electrical wiring and connections under supervision.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting of installed units.
- Ensure all installations meet company quality and safety standards.
- Perform device testing after installation to confirm functionality.
- Complete installation reports and documentation accurately.
- Provide on-site operational support when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
- Provide basic IT support related to installation systems and software.
- Always maintain a professional and disciplined attitude.
- Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and work standards.
- Support the operations team during peak periods or extended working hours.
- Be available for travel or temporary assignment abroad (KSA) if required.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of work areas.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Basic understanding of vehicle electrical wiring.
- Flexible with working hours.
- Willing to work abroad in KSA if required.
- Understanding of software architecture and next-gen technology (IoT, Computer Vision, AI, Cloud).
- Basic understanding of APIs.
