Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all fleet and transport-related documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory requirements, including vehicle registrations, insurance, and permits.
  • Coordinate the timely renewal of vehicle registrations, insurance policies, and other essential documentation, minimizing operational disruptions and preventing potential penalties.
  • Oversee the tracking and filing of driver logs, vehicle maintenance records, and fuel consumption reports, proactively identifying discrepancies and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal mandates.
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports on fleet performance, including vehicle utilization, fuel efficiency, and maintenance costs, providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of all fleet assets, including vehicle specifications, purchase dates, and depreciation schedules, to facilitate informed decision-making.
