Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and track the daily schedules and movements of company drivers.
Experience in purchase
Coordinate vehicle assignments, availability, dispatch, and timely routing.
Perform and document daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or operational issues.
Monitor vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and GPS tracking systems.
Ensure preventive maintenance and servicing schedules are followed across the fleet.
Prepare detailed and professional reports for management on fleet performance, driver KPIs, incidents, and cost analysis.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle documentation, insurance, registration, and servicing history.
experience in RTA vehicle renewals, ID renewals etc
Manage emergency response processes, including breakdowns and roadside assistance.
Ensure all operations comply with UAE traffic laws, safety standards, and internal policies.
Utilize Odoo ERP and Microsoft Excel for task management, reporting, and fleet records.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in fleet coordination, transportation, or automotive operations.
Proficiency in Odoo ERP or similar fleet/operations management platforms.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong administrative abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Familiarity with RTA regulations and transportation compliance requirements
